There’s no one right way to work, but there’s always a better way.

How we work…

1

What are you looking for?

We’ll learn about your needs, what your team has to accomplish and what roadblocks are making it tough for your team to stay productive, healthy and happy on the job.

2

Design a Custom Program

We take what we learn from employees and management to craft a custom plan that everyone can get behind. Maybe it starts with just a workshop, or maybe a full program makes sense with more individualized one-on-one time. We can work together to figure out the best solution for your needs and wellness budget.

3

Test & Retest

We learn and adapt. Things change fast these days, so staying nimble and finding what works best for your team can morph over time. There’s never a cookie cutter approach here.

"Our health is impacted by those we surround ourselves with - physically and virtually. Let’s turn that into an advantage."

FAQs

How do I know if this will work for my company?

If your team has a standard 8-hour workday (or longer) that’s a huge chunk of how they spend their day. Small positive changes that are integrated into the workday add up and can have a huge impact on their long-term health. Often the biggest problem with the traditional approach to workplace ergonomics is that it’s not tailored to the more specific needs of the workers and the objectives of the company. Without connecting these two things and digging a little deeper into the actual questions your employees should be asking, it’s hard to land on the right answers. We save you the work of digging through the latest research on orthopedics and ergonomics so your team can easily learn and integrate an evidence-based approach to improving employee health. When you know the right focus areas you’ll save money on unnecessary products and increase employee productivity, happiness, and health.

Why is workplace health important?

Not only will healthier employees be happier and more productive. They’ll also save you money. That means a significant decrease in sick days, healthcare costs and workers comp/disability claims. Per the CDC: Productivity losses related to personal and family health problems cost U.S. employers $1,685 per employee per year, or $225.8 billion annually (see link). Increased physical pain also goes hand in hand with our mental health. Helping your employees feel better and move better is a great way to build a positive company culture and boost your bottom line at the same time.

How can I get my company to sign up?

Pass this along to your partners in People Operations or Human Resources and encourage them to reach out. Most companies have a budget for these types of wellness activities, and we’d be happy to chat about which one of our programs is right for you and your company.

I just want a session for myself - does this need to go through my company?

We work with individuals from all different industries and companies and can offer individual as well as small group programs as well. We can certainly schedule a one-on-one appointment. Reach out and let’s get started.
